Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Orders from our site are processed in GBP.
Delivery: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen events. We ship via Evri 48 hours with tracking.
Refunds: Not happy with your purchase? You have 30 days to return it in its original condition with tags and packaging. Buyers cover postage costs.
Return Address: 29 Sandon Close, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8JE.
Damages or Issues: If you spot defects or receive the wrong item, reach out to us right away. We'll make it right!
Exchanges: Sure thing! Just return the item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
